Gamers Gallery is a treasure trove of concept art and wallpapers for games (and for cars too – I sometimes see wallpapers for exotic cars in the game wallpapers section, not sure why).
You can check out the latest images for the wallpapers and the concept art sections.
All the content is user-submitted and you can find a lot of high-resolution (up to 1600×1200 wallpapers for recent games) game-related images at Gamers Gallery. The concept art section is very good with a large selection of very high resolution concept art images.
