Dark Horse Comics Goodies (I) – 300 Wallpapers
Five official desktop wallpapers (800×600 to 1280×1024) for the 300 comic written and illustrated by Frank Miller and Lynn Varley, are available at the publisher Darkhorse Comics.

These wallpapers are created from sketch-like artwork taken from the comics themselves. Unfortunately, there are no wallpapers for the Persians, only for the Spartan hoplites with their distinctive Corinthian helmets.

Yep, 300 is a truly visual feast. I still can’t believe my history texts and Wikipedia didn’t mention that the 10,000 Persian Ninjas (oops, Immortals) were trained in Japan
