Dark Horse Comics Goodies (III) – Emily The Strange Wallpapers
I like the artwork for Emily The Strange by Cosmic Debris – there’s a slight subversive tone to the cute yet gloomy artwork. The artistic style is pretty much unmistakeable – the heavy usage of red, black and white colours, the slightly goth and macabre influences and of course the imagery of Emily herself, dressed in all black except her white shoes as well as her characteristic long black hair and large almond shaped eyes.
There’s some nice wallpapers featuring Emily The Strange at the Dark Horse Comics site. Two of my favourites (six available):

After doing some “research” on the .Net, I realized that three of the wallpapers for download are taken from the freebies page at Emily The Strange’s official site @ www.emilystrange.com. The one on top is titled “Reign of Darkness” and the bottom titled “Dark Ages”.
