Also, apart from скачать (perfective), there is скачивать (imperfective). You may see the verbs in different forms – imperative, e.g.: скачай, скачивай, качай, or personal. “качать” also exists in this sense.

Russian noun for “download”: скачивание or скачка. The word “файлы” (plural for файл) just means “files”

“Wallpapers” in Swedish is spelled with an “r” at the end (”bakgrundsbilder”).

in Polish it would be “tapety” for “wallpapers” or “tła ekranu” (which is less popular but may work too:) ). For “Download” it would be “ściągnąć” but “download” is used more often
