Tokyo Marui Airsoft Gun Wallpapers
Wallpapers of Airsoft handguns, SMGs and rifles from Tokyo Marui, one of the more well-known brands in Airsoft weapons – no you may not buy or own one in SG, although you can join a Air Pistol Shooting Course at selected community centres – check onePA for details.
Some of the weapons in the wallpapers have magazines of real ammo inserted but I’m not sure if they’re photos of the real weapons or if they’re Tokyo Marui Airsoft replicas with real magazines. If it’s the latter, I’ll have to say I’m truly amazed – I really cannot differentiate between the replica and the real one except for some with the telltale “Made In Japan” engraving.

The detail of each Airsoft weapon made from plastic and metal parts, is amazing – the dimensions are exactly the same as its real-life counterpart with the Airsoft version being slightly lighter with a lower muzzle velocity. Of course, the ammo type and capacity is different – the Airsoft replicas have a larger magazine capacity of 6mm plastic BBs than their real-life versions (although there are magazines that emulate the actual capacities).

Can I buy one? I can’t seem to find any info about the sale of these wonderful weapons. I want to own a Desert Eagle!
Umm, Aeon, it’s illegal in SG to possess one of these weapons.
You can try one out at selected CCs in Singapore though. It’s $55 to $60 for a 3 lesson basic course. See the OnePa link above
