I like your EyeSores very much although I only discovered the wallpapers recently - haven’t been using Facebook as frequently as before

IconFactory sells a tool called IconBuilder which looks pretty impressive to me.
On the freeware side, I found osxiconeditor.phatcode.net (icns2icon and icon2ico are probably the ones you want). Haven’t checked this out since it’s a Mac application and I don’t have a Mac
