Games Thursday : Marvel vs Capcom 2 FE (Free Edition?)
Not too clear about the possible legal issues of a fan-made version of Marvel vs Capcom 2 with the M.U.G.E.N engine but until Capcom decides to port MVC2 to the PC, this is probably the closest you can get to playing the real thing on your computer 
Pardon the darkened screenshots below, it’s due to the interlaced old-school graphics of Marvel vs Capcom 2 FE (MVC2 : FE).
There’s 56 characters as with the actual game but apart from that, I don’t know how close it is to Capcom’s original version. I haven’t got a console and thoo2 is never too keen on me plonking tokens over at the neighbourhood arcades 
Anyway, with the number of playable characters, this game should last you quite a while. Many thanks to SpiDoL who compiled the characters and stages into MVC2 : FE and the rest of the guys who created the individual character and stage data and graphics.
