She asked for a favicon for her blog hosted on Blogger so here’s the steps if you’re interested in doing the same for your site. وسألت لfavicon لها بلوق استضافت المدون على ذلك واليك الخطوات اذا كنت ترغب فى القيام بنفس الشىء لموقعك.

Although the favicon can be of ICO, GIF or PNG format, Internet Explorer 7.0 seems to occassionally have some issues with formats other than ICO so we’ll use ICOs here. ورغم ان favicon يمكن للمنظمة البن الدولية ، أو جي. آي. اف شكل PNG ، انترنت اكسبلورر 7،0 يبدو احيانا بعض المسائل مع نماذج اخرى غير منظمة البن الدولية حتى سنستخدم icos هنا.

Create a 16×16 ICO file from your image by going to FavIcon from Pics or using your favourite image editor. انشاء 16 × 16 منظمة البن الدولية من ملف الصورة عن طريق الذهاب الى favicon PICS من استخدام او المفضلة لديك صورة المحرر.

Choose an image from your computer and click Generate Favicon.ico to preview and save your favicon. اختيار صورة من جهازك وانقر على توليد favicon.ico لمعاينه واحفظ favicon.

After previewing, click Download Favicon to get a zip containing your favicon. وبعد معاينه ، تحميل favicon للحصول على الرمز البريدي الذي يتضمن favicon الخاص بك.

Extract the zip file and upload your Favicon.ico to somewhere like Google Pages since Blogger doesn’t allow uploading of ICO files. استخراج ملف مضغوط وتحميل favicon.ico الى مكان ما مثل غوغل صفحات منذ المدون لا يسمح للتحميل ملفات منظمة البن الدولية. Remember to rename your file to something like Favicon1.ico or else you’ll end up displaying Google Pages’s favicon instead تذكر لاعادة تسمية الملفات الخاص بك الى ما يشبه favicon1.ico والا فسوف ينتهي عرض صور للصفحات بدلا favicon : د

Now you’ll need to login to Blogger and edit the Blogger XHTML template under Template > Edit Html. الآن انت بحاجة الى تسجيل الدخول لتتمكن من تحرير والمدون المدون لغة النصوص التشعبيه القابلة للتمديد قالب تحت قالب> تحرير لغة تأشير النص الفائق. Remember to backup and save your template via Download my Template first! تذكر ان النسخ الاحتياطي وحفظ النموذج الخاص بك عن طريق تحميل نموذج بلادي اولا!

Search for the <head> tag in your template and insert the following line after it: البحث عن <head>العلامه في النموذج الخاص بك ويضاف السطر التالي بعد :

<link rel=’shortcut icon’ href=’ XXX ‘ type=’image/x-icon’ /> <linkrel='shortcut icon' href=' '30' type='image/x-icon' />

where XXX will be the URL of your favicon. '30حيث سيكون عنوان favicon الخاص بك. The edited template should look something like the screenshot below. قالب المحرره يجب ان تنظر شيئا مثل الصورة ادناه.

Save the template and it’s done! انقاذ قالب وانه انتهى! Internet Explorer users might need to clear their cache and/or restart Internet Explorer first. مستخدمي انترنت اكسبلورر قد تحتاج الى واضحة على مخبأ و / أو اعادة تشغيل انترنت اكسبلورر الاولى.

Hooray! الصيحه!

    Works like a charm on Opera, the less said about IE the better ويعمل مثل السحر على الاوبرا ، قلت : قال عن اي نحو الأفضل :)

    Excellent! ممتاز! Didn’t know that a favicon could be anything than an .ico or that IE now manages to show them! لم يكن يعلم ان favicon يمكن ان يكون اي شيء منه. منظمة البن الدولية أو أن يدير الى الآن أي عرض! Great stuff Roys… مادة roys كبيرة…
