Was trawling through the Microsoft Download Center under the Games & Xbox section when I chanced upon this old promotional download released in July 2001 - MechCommander 2 Encyclopedia. Pretty cool stuff if you’re a Mecha or a fan of the BattleTech universe like me. Pretty cool stuff si vous êtes un Mecha ou un fan du BattleTech univers comme moi. Essentially a model viewer for the 29 Mechs as well as vehicles and weapons in the game. Essentiellement un modèle de visualisation pour les 29 Mechs ainsi que des véhicules et des armes dans la partie. Contains a brief introduction for each Mech plus its in-game statistics. Contient une brève introduction pour chaque plus sa mécanique en statistiques de match.

Some of the Mechs that I recognize easily from the tiny 3D models in the encyclopedia include the Atlas, Catapult, Mad Cat, Raven and Thor, probably because of their distinctive silhouettes. Certains des Mechs que je reconnais facilement de la petite modèles 3D dans l'encyclopédie inclure l'Atlas, Catapult, Mad Cat, le corbeau et Thor, probablement en raison de leurs silhouettes.
