Veron of sparklette.net pointed out the existence of STAMP Singapore whereby selected postboxes in Singapore were painted with designs from 40 teams. Not sure if Veron intentionally left out the information on the four additional and non-competing postbox designs by commissioned artists in her post, but you can view them at STAMP Singapore’s site here . I love eeshaun ’s postbox design in front of Orchard MRT because it makes me happy, especially after seeing it in real life a few weeks ago J'aime eeshaun l 'postbox conception devant Orchard MRT, car il me fait plaisir, surtout après le voir dans la vraie vie, il ya quelques semaines ;)

Ok, now back to the 40 competing designs for STAMP Singapore Ok, maintenant de retour aux 40 concurrents pour la conception CACHET Singapour ;)

My favourite of the 40 designs has to be CU12 : 8th Storey (Page 24) by Team Zilch shown above where a postbox is transformed into an apartment block with 13 happy little people, complete with TV antenna on the rooftop Mon favori des 40 dessins doit être CU12: 8 Storey (page 24) par équipe Zilch indiqué ci-dessus où un postbox est transformée en un immeuble avec 13 heureux petit peuple, avec l'antenne de télévision sur le toit :)

    Hello from sparklette.net, Bonjour de sparklette.net,

    Actually I left those 4 artists’ postboxes out because they are not in the competition, while the purpose of my blog coverage on this event was to increase awareness and get people to vote. En fait, j'ai laissé ces 4 artistes postboxes car ils ne sont pas en concurrence, alors que le but de mon blog sur la couverture de cet événement était d'accroître la sensibilisation et amener les gens à voter.

    Still, I would probably do a “special mention” of the other 4 Pourtant, je ne serait probablement un «mention spéciale» de l'autre 4 :)

    I saw eeshaun’s postbox the other time and thought it was a redesign of the postboxes in the city area, didn’t realise it was part of STAMP SG J'ai vu la eeshaun postbox les autres temps et pensait que c'était une refonte du postboxes dans la ville, ne se rendent pas compte, il faisait partie de CACHET SG : (

    I just came across your site randomly and found this post. Je viens de tombé sur votre site au hasard et a trouvé ce poste. And i would like you to know that the people in team zilch are really appreciative of your mention, which is about a year late.. Et je voudrais que vous sachiez que le peuple en équipe zilch sont vraiment reconnaissants de votre mention, qui est d'environ un an de retard .. haha : P

    Just FYI, If you were able to see the post box at its actual location, we painted it according to the colours of the neighbouring HDBs. Cordialement, Si vous avez pu voir la boîte postale à son emplacement réel, il nous peint selon les couleurs des voisins HDBs.

    Thanks Kai - thought that many if not most of the STAMP.SG entries deserved a wider international audience Merci Kai - estime que de nombreux pas si la plupart des entrées STAMP.SG mérité un plus large public international :)

    Anyway I love Team Zilch’s design - only issue is with that guy on the 2nd floor - I hope he isn’t trying to commit suicide sitting on the parapet like that En tout cas j'adore l'équipe de conception Zilch - seule question est de ce type au 2ème étage - J'espère qu'il n'est pas en essayant de se suicider assis sur le parapet comme ça : P
